The villa is situated in the lovely area of Montes Juntos, on the hillside just above Vale de Parra, 2 km from Gale beach and 8km west of Albufeira. The are many local restaurants, the nearest being within easy walking distance (approx 300m) where there is also a supermarket nearby.
The villa is in a semi rural position with good sea views from the first floor. It is surrounded by walls with gates and its own large garden. The pool is approx. 9 x 4.5m and there is an outside shower and brick BBQ.
Albufeira town famous for its nightlife and interesting Old town is a 5 minute drive.
