This lovely villa enjoys a wonderful location at the end of a cul de sac offering maximum privacy with pleasant countryside views.
The Blue Flag beaches of São Rafael, Coelho, Castelo and Galé and a selection of restaurants are all just a few minutes drive.
There is a mosaic tiled swimming pool (9m x 4m)that can be heated ( this is available as an optional extra ) with steps and a ladder surrounded by terraces and lawned garden with a shower and BBQ dining area, a TABLE TENNIS table and a basketball hoop. Six sunbeds are provided.
The kitchen and both bathrooms were recently completely renovated.
AccommodationThis is all arranged on the one level: 2 x Twin bedrooms, Double bedroom, 2 large bathrooms (one with a large walk-in shower, the other with a bath plus a walk-in shower). Lounge / Dining room with digital Satellite TV with BBC and free to air channels, Hi-Fi, DVD,patio doors leading out to pool terrace. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, two large fridges - door leading to a breakfast terrace. The lounge and all bedrooms are fully air conditioned ( cooling & heating ).
BAGGAGE SAVING ITEMS : A beach/pool towel is provided on arrival for each person for the duration of the stay. And a hairdyer.
There is an alarm system and a safe.
Smoking is not permitted within the villa.
