This lovely villa which has just been fully renovated,with a new kitchen, bathrooms, double glazing with mosquito screening, and internal decoration, is situated in the charming Quinta dos Alamos, a residential estate just a 10 minute walk from Guia, a small town with supermarket, daily fish and fruit & vegetable market, shops and famous for its numerous good value restaurants of which there are over 25. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is only a few minutes drive with multi cinemas and Ten Pin bowling. The garden has a secluded lawned area and a triangular shaped swimming pool with Roman steps (one side 7m & the other 8m) which can be heated (this is an optional extra). The swimming pool is surrounded by terraces with a built in BBQ.
Albufeira town famous for its nightlife and interesting Old town is a 10 minute drive.
There is a bus service from Guia to the beaches and Albufeira.
